Real English Cooking inspired by Newcastle
Geordie is both a regional nickname for a person from the larger Tyneside region of North East England and the name of the Northern English dialect spoken by its inhabitants. The term is associated with Tyneside, south Northumberland and northern parts of County Durham, whose culture and traditions serve as the inspiration for the food we serve.
Glen Hall-Jones is an accomplished chef with twenty years of experience in culinary arts. Glen is a proven concept and creative leader with experiences ranging from intimate dining, corporate catering, large-volume/venue food service and most impressively five years as a “roadie” providing catering services for the likes of The Rolling Stones, Genesis, Paul McCartney, Bon Jovi, Depeche Mode, Bruce Springsteen, Elton John, the Killers and many more. In addition Glen was partner of a successful restaurant business in England before bringing his skills to the United States in 2012.
